Using a distilled orange blossom water, the cream is infused with a heady aroma and mesmeric flavour that is commonly found in French patisserie and Middle-Eastern cuisine. Dried and desiccated whole lemons add a touch of freshness, while a drop of orange blossom honey brings everything into balance.

We suggest serving it across your scones, fruit toast or hot cross buns. We also recommend using this butter when baking simple cakes, such as Quatre-Quarts (Pound Cake) or madeleines.
