LIMITED RELEASE - OUTBACK
NO LONGER AVAILABLE
A sensory journey into the Australian outback with bush tomato, wattleseed, desert oak, pepperberry, saltbush and Murray River pink salt.
This is our attempt at putting a flavour to the image of the Australian Outback using native Australian herbs and spices.
While most of our cultured butters are crafted to be delicate, Outback is incredibly forthright. Initially, you may get some tangy caramel flavours, that’s from the bush tomato. Chocolate-and coffee-adjacent flavours may start to whirl their way through, that’s the wattleseed. The crunch and the earthiness / nuttiness is courtesy of the desert oak. And then the journey finishes somewhat vegetive, with pepperberry and saltbush rounding it out.
