Using our malaxer, we work a red gum smoked sea salt into this cultured butter to elicit a subtle and elegant background of flavour reminiscent of an open fire.

A fan-favourite, this cultured butter often steals the show when passed around the dining table. Alternatively, we suggest melting some over steak or grilled eggplant, serving with sardines or anchovies and crusty bread, or paired with a dark rye loaf alongside a smoked porter or whisky.

Our work is a labour of love, with every detail carefully considered to meet our exacting high standards.
