Our flagship butter, designed for versatile use within every home.

We begin by inoculating luscious Jersey cow cream with multiple cultures to produce rich, complex flavours. Then, with our barrel churn, we transform the cream into butter before using our malaxer to create our unique silken texture.

While being worked on the malaxer table, we introduce a French grey sea salt (Sel de Guérande) to compliment its character with a delicate marine mineral flavour.

Elevate your cooking, accompany your meal with fresh bread, or give a cheese board that extra something. Whether as the star of the show or contributing to it, Madeleine Salted Cultured Butter turns everyday moments into something special.

Madeleine is an Australian producer of cultured butter operating in the Yarra Valley, Victoria. Our work is a labour of love, with every detail carefully considered to meet our exacting high standards.
